The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on A product purchased on is eligible for replacement within the return period mentioned below if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when the package was opened.
  • The product or parts of the product or accessories that were described on the website as “ In the Box” was missing.

Please Note: Any product noticed as "Damage upon Delivery" has to be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 48 hours will not be accepted. Customer can drop a mail on for raising a complaint.


In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, and there is not a suitable alternative, we will inform you by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Our Support team will confirm when the refund has been processed, but it can take 6-7 working days to be visible on your statement.
